This has happened to me 3/4 times now. I'm wondering if anyone else experienced the same...
I charge my car at home, using scheduled charging at night. 3 or 4 times, the car did not get the charge. I tried to start the charge by the app, or using the car screen, did not work. I changed my preferences on the app and tried everything, but it didn't work.
Then I take the car to a fast charger, it works smoothly and gets charged. When I come back home and plug in my charger again, it works without any problem.
I am not sure how but after the fast charge, the car somehow resets something in its system and my home charger works perfectly after that.
Is it something anyone else experienced?

Sorry, I haven't heard of this problem before??
I'm presuming you home charger is upto date with software etc. Have you tried to reset your home charger?
The other 'turn it off and on again' approach for the car is to disconnect the negative of the 12V battery for 10 mins (with a 12 spanner).
This is the general car reset for many odd problems.

Hi, What EVSE (charge point) do you have?
When you say it works on a fast charger do you mean a DC CCS rapid charger or a 7kW destination AC fast EVSE?
Does it work ok on the granny?

I have an EO Mini Pro. Resetting the EO doesn't change anything.
The only solution has been going to a rapid charge point and having the car charged there. Right after that, I came home, plugged into my box, and it started getting charge without any problem...
Each time I faced this problem, the same solution works...

I've had a few times where I have not pushed the charging lead all the way into the socket. The symptons are similar to what you described. On another occasion, it would not charge regardless what I did. The 10mm spanner on the 12V battery solved this problem.

My guess is that it's the charger and not the car. Can you try a different charger? I have to fiddle with my charger from tie to time with WiFi, and schedule charging and so far it was always the charger messing around ...
