How on earth do I fix this?
I've had this car for over 2 years and just noticed that the passenger seatbelt is twisted.

There's no access at the bottom and the top has an airbag behind the panel so I don't

want to touch that.

difficult to figure out from the photo whether it's twisted only where the seat-belt buckle is, that's where it usually happens - blame the passenger for not paying attention how they pull it or let go.

if it's twisted where the buckle is, you can just fold it and try to push the buckle over the fold, paying attention you are folding the seat-belt the right way around ... if not at the buckle, pull all of the belt out slowly and then carefully and slowly let it roll back in, paying attention you don't twist it while it goes back in.

The twist was still there after pulling out the full belt. Needed pliers with protective covers on the tips to fix it.

My seatbelts fold and trap more frequently than in any car I have known to date.

Might be the position your seat is in, try holding the buckle straight when you pull the seatbelt out and hold the buckle a bit longer when the seatbelt is retracing.

I try to, but I hop in and out all day for work.
