Service 2nd year

I have a ZS EV 2021, bought in Thailand where I live.
I have got it back from service. They have charged for 4 things
brake cleaner 7,5 GBP ( if I change THB to GBP)
Brake fluid 11,5
AC filter 13,5
AC cleaning chemical 22,8
When I look in my service book I can not see these things to be made
I have never seen a brake cleaner to be used in any service of a car before
Brake fluid to be changed so early. Correct?
AC cleaning chemical. It is expensive and I did not understand why it should be needed and how it is used.
I think they show me something around the AC filter.
No labor cost is charged
Can someone help me with these questions?

The addition of Brake Cleaner and AC Cleaning Chemical sounds odd and you certainly would be unlikely to see it in the UK but perhaps this was some administrative workaround to cover the labour cost (which must be something).

Here in the UK wheni took mine in for second year service brake fluid change was only advisory. I told them not to change it not nesserssery at 12000 miles.

MG say brake fluid change 40,000 km or 2 years also passenger cabin ac filter.
