I had a situation the other day, pulling out on a slope onto the highway in the damp.
Put my foot down, a bit of skidding, then no power …
Its like the car decided to go into snow mode ??
It was actually unsafe, the car wouldn’t accelerate when I needed it to.
What I really wanted was a rally car at that point …
Ideally all 4 wheels spinning as fast as they could , with lsd, to get me up to speed !
So I’ve been doing some experiments - for science, in the name of safety of course -
Basically -
In the wet, in a straight line, with ESC off in sport mode - the car is great !
Its actually reminded me what an awesome car it is at times.
Wheels spin, and its freaky fast up to 100km, takes your breath away
BUT - add a sharp corner in, and even with ESC off, nanny mode seems to kick in ??
Its actually really frustrating and dumb.
The car simply doesn't do what you want it to do.
Is there any way to get it to behave like an old school analogue car ?
To get the car to do whats its told ?
