How long have we had this car? Several months at least!

Anyway got a nice surprise today, found how to control the intermittent wiper function.
All the cars I've had previously had a rotating knob to control the intermittent interval.
The default is much too slow for our use, so unable to see a rotating knob we just used slow speed, that is a bit too fast for drizzle.

Today at the lights I notices a small switch on the stalk with I III on it, II isn't marked, but the switch goes half way between I and III. So in the drizzle coming home, I could set to the ideal speed.
:)

In my defense, we haven't had much rain, so haven't had to use the wipers often.

One day when you have nothing much to do sit down and read through the manual. It is 322 pages long and the paper version you get with the car has pretty small font so I'd recommend downloading it from the iSmart app and reading it on a good size screen. That way you can flick through the index and click on any part you want to find out more about it.

The section on Instruments and Controls is a good start.

I'm a bloke, I don't read manuals or ask for directions! :D

I can honestly say I've never read a car manual in my life, if I need to find a setting in the infotainment I just click around until I find it. Same with pressing buttons on the dash or steering wheel, just keep pressing and I'll figure it out :D

I'm one of those rare breed of blokes who likes reading manuals as I like to know what is available instead of finding it by accident :ROFLMAO:

To be fair to the wiper switch it does actually tell you about all the functions very compactly, including the one swipe downward pull. But I guess it could just be read as hieroglyphics to the uninitiated!

Everything is so complicated these days, I nearly always download and read manuals before purchasing anything.
