Smart key not detected by Cyberster (solved)

Recently I experience that the key is not dedected. I changed the battery already (key is scratched now ) but no difference.
I took out everything what could cover the sensor in the middle compartment. Same problem.
It only dedects the key if I put the key in the middle console touching the NFC sensor.
When the key is not dedected than sometimes I can not put the car in gear and sometimes I can. When I switch off and on the power, I can put it in gear even the key is not dedected again, WEIRD.
Any ideas?

Found the problem!!
I put a wireless charging pad on top of the middle console. It is blocking the reading of the key. Put it away and now the key is dedected all the time.
Self created problem!
