Sound MG HS 2021

Just purchased a MG HS 2021 plate, I have been messing about with the settings and the sound doesn't seem great at all, I went into the sound setting, and the 3d sound is only showing 2 people (front only) all the videos are i have watched are showing 4, does this mean the 2 back speakers are 1) not installed, or 2) has a fault with them?

Is there a version of the HS which only comes with front speakers? (Like the MG4 SE models).

PS - this might be better in the HS board rather than here.
