Stopping charge port plug flapping in the wind.

I am sure I saw a solution on here to stop the charge port cover from flapping about, it dangles on its cord and bounces against the body when the charging gun is inserted. Anyone remember where the thread was?

There are a few different ideas the one I do is this , attached to the arm if that makes sense (if link works)

I did almost the same but used black velcro tape instead.
My car already got too many scratches from the plug in stormy weather.
