Hi - ER only 4 months old.

Went to pull out of a junction and all drive went and all dash lights came on.

Went into park, then back into drive and it started to drive again.

Has happened a few times now and even once when slowing to a stop and trying to pull away again.

No codes stored (checked by MG in a warranty visit) and apparently no physical issues. MG couldn’t diagnose any issue unfortunately.

First time was soon after a rapid charge but other times were after a slow home charge.

Anyone else had this and what was the cause / solution?

Cheers!

I assume someone has checked that the 12v battery terminals are tight?
It funny I almost feel like is the have you rebooted the computer solution for the MG4. But I have to say the first thing I did when I got my 4 was to check the 12v connectors. And if I have any issues in the future voltage level of the 12v will be on my list of things to check first lol

It's the same with all EV cars, even back to the Prius, this is such a commonly overlooked thing since we don't get the warning of "it sounded slow to start".
