Swapping mk1 binnacle with mk2 possible?

So I picked up my mk1 ZS EV today and enjoying it. It came with a few accessories such as spare wheel, wind deflectors etc. So now I'm thinking beyond that.

The mk2 'dials' are really modern, being all screen, but can these be retrofitted to the mk1?

Are the plugs the same? Are the densions the same?

Curious more than anything since the Astra K can be upgraded with a similar Insignia binnacle.

That's what I would be interested to know. With the Vauxhall, the same info was sent via the plug, it was just displayed digitally instead of analogue dials. I can't rember if the computer needed a software update though.
