We had great service from salesman Paul Armer @ Tristram MG when purchasing our MG4 Excite in Nov-23. He has been very good in answering a few questions since then too. The dealership itself however, has then been in total "radio silence" since they took my money. You get the impression that once sold they couldn't care about a customer relationship. No news, info, updates or offers or anything. Nil, nix, zippo, nada. Really not up to the mark compared with other dealers I have dealings with for my other non-MG brand cars in our family ownership.
