Can anyone explain why on earth it costs 32p/kWh to charge the car using the Ubitricity app, but only 24p/kWh to do it by scanning the QR code on the charing post from your mobile phone and launching it via the browser?

Why on earth would anyone pay 33% more than the lower tariff just to use the app?!?!

Same charging point, two different prices, and I would have expected the app one to be cheaper!!!

Might have something to do with the recent price increase from 24 to 32p. One system hasn't yet caught up with the other?

In that case woohooooo!!! Cheaper charging via the QR code. I hate wasting money ?
