V2L - Is it possible to use it when the car is not in mode ready?

Hi everyone, I'm Italian and I own a 2022 ZS EV LuX long range, I still have the R19 software. When I use the V2L it only works in Ready mode, so the car is open and the headlights are on and if I turn it off the car deactivates after a while .Has this changed with future updates? or does V2L only work if the car is ready? I need the headlights to turn off while I use V2L, is this possible? Thank you and sorry for the writing errors.

Hi there. You need the firmware update to be able to turn off the car and lock it. Contact your dealership and they should be able to update it for you.

@RickyCT It’s the BCM (Body Control Module) update that allows use of V2L with the car turned off.

My car already has the update and it works brilliantly. I used it a couple of months ago when the power was shut off for a cable repair.
