What the hell is it with the small minded simpletons who come up with this $hit? It's almost like a pre-requisite for being a politician or running a public authority is being mentally stunted and ignorant of what's going on around them. Oh, wait, of course those are pre-requisites.
Stuff like this gets my back up (can you tell? ?), I don't know the solution other than all EV owners in the area clubbing together and making a noise. That said, the PM over there isn't exactly sympathetic to SAVING THE PLANET, perhaps he was dropped on his head as a baby.
Maybe the rest of the world should look to isolate the AU administration - not the people, it's not their fault - to put pressure on them to tow (toe?) the environmental line. The reef is already on the way out due to apathy.
