Warning lights everywhere!

ZS EV Mk2 warning lights everywhere! Driving normally, suddenly all the support system warning lights come on in turn, together with their ‘bongs’. Driving unaffected (except for the absence of ACC, front collision assist, etc. When parked up, locked, unlocked, warnings still there. Car will move but brakes very hard, basically not driveable. AA attended and reset…all is normal again. Any others experience this? Any views? Thanks!
