Ok. I will start this off by saying that my Camden Grey SE SR is 19 months old and has done 5850 miles. And apart from going back to Bristol North MG for its 1st service has been problem free. And touch wood it will continue that way.

I don't class any of the normal characteristics associated with any of the standard MG Pilot controls such as LKA as a problem unless it required going back to the dealer outside of the service as a problem requiring s/w up to fix it.
But I don't want to get too scientific about it. Just a bit of fun.

I am sure there are many older/higher mileage cars out there that will easily beat mine.
So let's hear about them.

Mine's just passed 7.5k miles. Collected 25-Nov-22.

Trouble-free? Mostly ... mine had the initial oil leak but it wasn't a concern as it was resolved. Plus I've had regular software updates as required - either when it was in for oil leak fixes or at the first service. :)

MG4 Trophy delivered Oct 2022, 12,000 miles, mainly short journeys but with 2 trips to Central France.
Car was faultless on delivery because LKA could be disabled permanently and I never experienced any other software issues.
But following windscreen replacement and issues with camera calibration various software modules needed to be upgraded. This introduced the default LKA activation and although this can't be classed as a fault because it operates to meet NCAP requirements, it is a pain and is a significant change to the original setup.
Although I love the car I'm just hoping for software improvements at its upcoming second annual service, I'm not sure I would purchase now in its current form.

MG4 Trophy collected from Drive Bristol North on 28th September 2022, just coming up to 20k and 2nd service booked for mid-September. Mostly trouble free, no oil leak, did have a minor issue with the head unit (related to DAB), unlock button on driver door stopped working recently but is being fixed at the service. Had the Bluetooth disconnection issue but they will be upgrading software in the service too.

Picked my Trophy up around June 2023, just gone over 30K without any issues.
That is excellent isn't it. Bet you are happy with that.

Very good. That is 2 from Bristol North MG.

10 Nov 22 SE SR with 33k miles. No faults to report, fortunately didn't get the rear oil leak or warped under tray. Only issue was the dealer not updating the infotainment (currently on R13) or anything else at the 30k service.
