Wheel Trims

I want to remove my wheel trims and put orange ones on instead. Does anyone know where to get these from? Would it be possible to paint the ones that are already on there even as an option? ?

I think there are stickers to put on the trims on Ali Express, but they don't have orange, nearest colour was yellow.
