Will 18'' wheel caps fit on 17'' wheels?

Anyone knows if I can buy the more expensive model's wheel caps and put them on my base version's wheels?

Also, it would be great if someone made and sold custom wheel caps for the MG4. I wish we had a whole array of them to choose.

Would 18' wheel caps on 17" wheels rub on the tyre wall?

The 17" trims are sat just inside the rim so even if you could get the 18" to stay on, they would stick out over the wheel rim and as @DBedford says, would rub on the tyre sidewall when it flexes.
