"Windscreen reservoir service" - Is this new main dealer bolloxspeak?

I had my ZS EV in for it's service this week and after paying £300.02, I looked over the receipt and asked exactly what they'd done.
He said they'd performed a visual inspection, increased the level of the brake fluid and carried out a windscreen reservoir service.
So in normal speak... They'd had a look at stuff, topped up the brake fluid and then stuck in a litre of screenwash!
300 quid thank you!

This was bad enough, but then they pulled the old "your rear brake disc are scored and your pads are worn" trick that is well documented on these forums.
The price quoted for this job was £475 and he informed me that I could wait in the dealership and it would take about an hour.
As quality parts for a non-trade person like me cost about £100, this means they are charging £375 per hour.

Obviously I said I'd think about it

Vertu Edinburgh West if you are interested.

What a rip off, Mine is in for a third service, MOT and a new charge port door and I've been quoted under £500 all in.
