Just filled windscreen washer with some premixed washer fluid for winter and noticed some sort of dark congealed gunk going in. I looked in container and it’s like globular frog spawn moody stuff. I’m worried now that this would block my washer tubes and jets and lead to a whole handling. It looks like a front bumper and possibly a headlight off to remove reservoir to flush it out. Any advice appreciated.

The globs will be because the fluid isn't strong enough for this cold weather has actually started to freeze.

You could try syphoning it out perhaps? Probably won't taste great 🤢
Did a Google and its got a name biofilm.

It is a growth of bacteria/mold in stagnant water that hasn't been treated. It was actually in the container it came in. It was about a year or so old. Thanks david9448 for suggesting this n I can confirm it tasted bad 😣. I was over thinking it and didn’t consider old siphoning it out. That worked a treat but had to take filler neck even to get the 10mm pipe to bottom. Just as well I got it out as there was a lot of the thick gunk and it would likely have caused a blockage.

All sorted now thanks
