Wrong software installed?

MG4 Trophy LR
After a recent software update my LR Trophy charges to 100% despite setting the target battery level to 80% and the indicated range is showing 202 miles. And yes I have reset all the trip readings.

I think the dealer has installed the software for the SR and not the LR battery. I feel I'm going to have an interesting phone call with the dealer on Monday and insist they use the laptop to check the software and not off the VIN.

Or ... the updated software hasn't been properly applied and needs doing again? (I seem to recall someone else here had that issue ... especially in relation to replacement CCUs).
 
Maybe you should get the software that's on mine ?

Update: The car is booked in on 5th August for the software updates.I've also asked for the infotainment software to be updated as I'm still on R24 and the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping out.
I must remember to leave a note in the car for the technician as I don't think the youngsters on the service desk pay any attention when you drop it off or pass everything on.

Write down all the faults on paper, hand it to the service desk and insist it is passed on to the technician. When you speak to them on the phone go through all of the items one by one and confirm what has been done about each. When collecting ask for written confirmation of what has been done for each item you complained about.

It is a pain but it works.
