First I would like to wish everyone a happy new year ahead , can someone explain the numbers that appears under “ Charging” while connected to public charging stations, in my case these are fixed 17:00 and reduced 4:13 .

my guess that 4:13 is time need to fully charge the battery but I can’t figure out what the fixed 17:00 for !

thanks

They should be time remaining, were they both 7 KWh chargers as the 17.00 could be a slow charger??

These two numbers appeared in the same charging session with same station , the screen shows 4:xx for few second and then the 17:00.
The 4:xx is indeed the time remaining to full but I couldn’t figure out what 17:00 means as this was fixed during the charging session

Could it be the actual time when you started the charge or maybe the actual time it's due to end ?

Started charging around 7:30 Pm so it is not the starting time , this was fixed 17:00 from start until end so it is not the time to finish

Charged my car last night, it too displayed 17.00, no idea what it means! ?

That time to completion can be slow to catch up - while the charger is ramping up to the 7kw, the car probably grabbed the lower current and estimated a longer time or placed a generic time. I found its slow to react when my car was plugged into my zappi and charging only solar (zappi's eco mode) when the current was fluxing between 1.4kw and 3kw.

Let me explain it again, when I contract the car to the charger , the screen show the actual time need for full which was 6 hours and in few sec it will show 17:00 , then for another few sec it will show 5:58 then 17:00 and so on ... hope it is clear now . As you can see in the picture posted above and response from other users this 17:00 is fixed

Something clearly not right there - it's shouldnt be pulsing like that. Is it on one certain charger or all chargers? If all then car needs to be looked at, if its only one then it's likey the charger is on its way out.

different chargers in different locations, I’m also wondering why others also experienced the same as you can see above

Mines never done that...really strange get it back to the dealer it’s not right.
