It can cost more if they don't have a local installer, in which case it's cheaper to go to them.

In that case at least get the £20 off with the code.

All tinted today - charged me an extra £60 for the fronts - all looks good

It's classed as a modification by insurers. Generally speaking on a car like the mg they'll just make a note and charge an admin fee. As I intended on doing it, it was declared on my policy from the start.

If you live in Norfolk I can recommend Direct Window Tinting of Norwich. Very professional, uses Llumar tint film with lifetime warranty. Also removes opening windows rather than tucking film in, avoids the film dislodging when opening and closing windows. It is better to have the work done at a company that has dust free environment for carrying out the work to avoid bubbling later. This firm is familiar with MG brand too.

Not sure I would want someone dismantling bits of the car to take some windows out just to apply some film. Who would fix any problems arising down the line ?
I've had 2 MG EVs done without that and no problems at all with the film dislodging, both done outside my house as well.

Been a long time coming (had the car for over a year now) but have finaly booked in for Window tinting. First appointment round my area for GlobalTint was 28th March. Still, will be done in time for Summer.
I did buy the window shades off AliExpress and they have been okay for the last year.
I'll put them up on the For Sale board for a few quid once the tinting has been done.
