When you open the sun roof, do you have any standing water around the frame ?.Haven't had a chance to look yet, are they easy to spot?
Just made a short journey on the motorway and wiped the blind and the rim of the actual sunroof at the front before driving away, but didn't check if water is pooling. When you open the sun roof, do you have any standing water around the frame ?.
I sm puzzled why your blind is soaked ?.
I have just opened my roof for the first time since last summer and the netted blind is perfectly dry.
You could try opening the sky roof right open, then take a jug of water and pour it in the surround, and watch it drain away ( or not ).
If it’s any help my sunroof fly-blind deflector was always wet after rain. I never had any issues with water leaks - rattling yes, but water ingress no!When you open the sun roof, do you have any standing water around the frame ?.

There is usually four drain holes, one in each front corners and another one at the both rear corners.Just made a short journey on the motorway and wiped the blind and the rim of the actual sunroof at the front before driving away, but didn't check if water is pooling.
Drove with the sunroof open to try give it a good dry out with air and it seems to be dry now. Doesn't seem to be anything blocking the front water vents. Will check over the next couple of days to see if the moisture returns and if it does I'll go back to MG and ask them to look at the seals there more closely.
Will try the jug later on, thanks for that suggestion
I'll have a good look and when its been dry enough for a period of time, I'll definitely check all 4 drain holes with a jug of water. There is usually four drain holes, one in each front corners and another one at the both rear corners.
The sun roof tray has pipes that attach to the sky roof frame, these pipes pass down the “A” post and “C” post of the bodyshell.
Water ? is directed to each corner and then carried down the pipes and out onto the road.
If you pour water into the front section of the tray on a dry day, you will see and hear the water leaving the car.
At the front, it is usually behind the front wheel, roughly when the front wing meets the front door.
There should not be any standing water ? pooling in that sky roof frame.
If that netted blind is sitting in water constantly, then green mould will start to form on the net.
Restriction in water ? getting away, can be caused by a build of wet dirt and even leaf ? debris.
Worth a check anyway !
The below photos were taken by a member who had water leaking in to the boot of his car.Tanos for

There is definitely the start of some moulding on the net, I'm going to give it a good clean and definitely will check water is draining through all 4 drains ?
Those were the days? These things can happen to your windows of course when parked up late at night…
It must be my application, but the anti-fog rain x product creates this haze on the windscreen - noticeable in the low sun - which keeps coming back for me however many times i clear it with a cloth and water as it says - Is this an issue for you or did i just apply it wrong?Probably the best £7 I've spent on stuff for my ZS EV.
Rain-X Anti Fog wipes
One application lasts about 3 months.
I've not had a problem with hazing. You have to apply it to a warm windscreen according to the application instructions. Then allow it to full dry, then wipe over with a dry microfibre cloth. It must be my application, but the anti-fog rain x product creates this haze on the windscreen - noticeable in the low sun - which keeps coming back for me however many times i clear it with a cloth and water as it says - Is this an issue for you or did i just apply it wrong?
Normal Mode, No RecycHow?
This is all strange my car ZS MK2, long range appears to stay as I set it.This is my biggest gripe with the air conditioning system. It's happened to me before where I've started a journey by manually changing the vent mode to 'external' and about 30 minutes later it's defaulted back to 'Recirculation' for no reason, it's frustrating as all hell!
That's not a description I would useenergy conscious drivers using eco mode
Must check this on ours - are you saying that when using the app to preheat the car, the re-circ sets itself to cabin/internal only and stays on that setting? This might explain why mine's been on internal for two weeks and have had misting problems. Now set to external and things are much improved.Used the App to start warming up the cabin before we left, all was great.
I think when you use the App to preheat the cabin, it defaults to "Auto" mode.Must check this on ours - are you saying that when using the app to preheat the car, the re-circ sets itself to cabin/internal only and stays on that setting?
Yes I have my pre heat set hi (24to26c) so if I use it when I get in to drive it stays on pre heat temp until I turn it down and yes pre heat uses auto as default so stays on last command till next changedI think when you use the App to preheat the cabin, it defaults
