Problems charging ZS EV with the granny charger

Hi I have been having a problem charging my MG ZS EV with my Granny Cable. When I got the car a couple of months ago it worked fine, but this week when I tried to charge the car it started charging but after a couple of minutes I got the message "Connected but not charging" and this has been happening ever since. I plug the charger in and it works for a couple of minutes and then stops, Is there anyone else out their that has experienced this problem? I would really appreciate any feedback

Just a suggestion, try putting the Granny charger in a different socket in the house to see if that makes any difference, if no difference try on a public charger to see if it works on a public charger or if you know someone with a home charger try theirs simply to check if it’s your granny charger that is causing the issue, if not take car to dealer.

Thanks for your reply I actually did bring it back to my dealer and he loaned me a second granny charger but I’m having the same problem with that one. The car charges fine on my home charger but no longer takes a charge from the Granny cable ?
