Not all have the panoramic roof. Mine is the Trophy connect long range. Got all the correct features except the roof. Apparently they pushed a bunch out without in order to keep up with demand. Shame though. I like that feature as I've had a car with panoramic roof for years ?
I believe MG decided to delete the sky roof option on the higher spec cars, on any new factory placed orders placed, after around June time of 2023.
It became very hit and miss after this date,
If when the car was delivered, it actually had with a sky roof installed.
Not even the dealers could tell until it arrived.
It was fingers firmly crossed ? if you got one fitted.
As time passed by, the chances of getting one with sky roof became more are more rare.
The roof delete coincided with a price increase also, if I remember correctly.
Which was a complete double whammy.
A full pano roof with the facility to electrically open the first 50% of the front section, would likely been a £1,500 - £2,000 option on many other cars.
So, removing the roof, plus a heavy price increase combined, would have a big negative effect on choosing the ZS EV speaking only for myself.
For MG the cost saving on production was massive.
Installing a single solid roof pressing to all models and then not buying in the full roof cassette, plus the reduction costs to production and the installation time was a big advantage.
