Solar + Battery setup maybe not working as it should?

Advice please, can anyone help with this ... noticed today that the spike on graph circled was not supplied by battery, but by the grid. Battery was fully charged overnight, from 1- 6am. Confused by my setup at the best of times, never really understood these graphs, but this has me puzzled?

Toaster, it was on for several minutes, but how long does it take for battery to wake up?
