So I’ve watched a video on launching my xpower, but I can’t get the power to 66 which is what I have read in the comment section of one of the videos.

Sport mode …. Brake pedal to the floor …. Accelerator to the floor ….. power goes to 16 max ….. let go of brake …. And go go go !

This feels stupidly quick

Should it go to 66 ???

85% I have launched in the 70s as well
Positive it has never went above 16

I saw a youtube video from someone reviewing the X-Power and his seemed to stop at 16% as well. He was called out for it in the comments but didn't go back to another X-Power to try again as far as I can tell. There has to be some reason for that. Maybe the battery was too hot or too cold or needed balancing or maybe it got hit by a cosmic ray shower. Who knows...
Didn't make a huge difference to the 0-60 dash though, as I recall.

Mines goes to 66%

Though it's been quite a while and an update to R46 since I last launched it, so who knows!

To be honest I have never looked at the power figure, just followed the procedure. Which has resulted in silly grins and giggles from both of us every time ??
The last time I launched was around 50% charge level.

Yeah don’t get me wrong it is stupidly quick I don’t think it’s under performing just found it strange I can’t go above 16 …. It’s a 24 plate 700 miles of smiles and giggles !

Only addition I do is wait a second or two after "left foot on brake pedal to the floor and right foot on accelerator"

What Car and CarWow Youtube reviews both went to 66% although What Car also put it in Track Mode > Street Racer Mode I think, when they beat the Audi E-tron GT. May be worth trying that ?

I’m confused !

You don’t need Track Mode to launch, Sport is fine. And it hitting 100% isn’t launch mode either. If you put my car into Track Mode it doesn’t engage Sport Mode automatically.

On mine I have to sometimes hold the brake, full throttle, and then press harder on the brake again, the car will jerk a little and the power meter will go to 66%. It will sit like that for a few seconds before reverting.

Does having the auto hold function on/off change how launch mode works as with it on doesn't a hard press of the brake put the praking/handbrake on?

Auto hold always on and never had any issues.
