Radio locked on station

Any one ever had a radio station (DAB) that won't switch over, even though the display shows it's changed?

I bet it's OK today?
Switching the car off and on again resolves most glitches.

Just needs a reset , should be fine after that.

You could have muted him. ?

Try switching to FM, and then back to DAB. No need to power down. Has worked for me in the past.

Yes, happened again the other day! I'm still on the original software, some 18 month old, so does the later versions fix this?

Yes! It was finally resolved by changing the module, NOT SOFTWARE, the physical module. Don't let them tell you it's a software issue. We have chased this every month since new. They finally replaced the module after 8 months!

They, MG, upgraded the software 6 times. Before they supplied the module.

My mg5 does this every so often , total pain in the parts . A firmware update improved it but not cured . It would help if mg published software versions and the bug fixes they included

If driving when this happens hold down the home button until the entertainment system resets.

Yes, though just twice. Maybe because we don't often change station! Pain.
