Sat nav has gone

Following a recent visit to the garage, my car, on return had logged me out. I successfully logged back in but I am having trouble getting my sat nav back. I know that I am supposed to go to the privacy policy and click agree, then scroll down to the 3 permissions at the bottom. Unfortunately they are not there. Any ideas why they are not showing up?
