Hey

So I have managed to get a hole in the side of a tyre which needs replacing. Car is only 16 months old so all other tyres are fine.

As I am only replacing one I want to get a match to the others.

Tyre markings say Michelin primacy 3st. I am looking at www.blackcircles.com and cannot see an exact match. I can see
primacy 4+
primacy 4s1
e.primacy which says designed for EV.

Any suggestions on which is the best match to the others?

If anyone has a suggestion that is not Michelin happy to hear that too :)

I reached the 38k km mark this weekend and I thought why not check how much tread is left on the michelin premacy 3 17 inch the car came with. I measured first with a quick gauge and it showed 5,7mm front and 6,7mm rear. I did not really trust it and remeasured this with a mitotoyo guage and it was the same. I am very surprised and satisfied about this. The Tesla I previously owned went through its tyres every 30/35k km.

That is brilliant, my PFL5 Bridgestones lasted 22K, hope the Nexen's last until the car goes back in 23months' time..:(
