Tesla Supercharger membership now £8.99p/m or £90 for year

It is all relative, CPS seems very cheap compared to what we have down here where Tesla is usually the cheapest option, although rarely below 40p.
CPS 35p. Against Tesla70p
Facing each other in the same car park.
And I think they must water down that Tesla stuff - I don’t get quite the same acceleration with it ??

Tesla have banded pricing based on time of day ... peak period is always most expensive.

Which "Fort" do you mean? The Tesla website doesn't show any open-to-all superchargers at Glasgow Fort (shopping centre) for example. And none in Scotland are 70p - the most expensive is Fort William at 64p peak, 52p off peak.

Sorry i mean Fort William and no my bill this morning is 70 p/kWh and I’m a member since last week.

If you joined last week (before you charged up) then you should have gotten member prices ... 64p is the peak non-member price. Did you pay via card or via the app? (You probably needed to use the app to get member pricing).

He he I paid through the app as a member at 64p for 34.1070 units - I knew I’d seen a 70 in there somewhere and just started sweating ?

Still wish I’d tried the CPS units first.
And I see it was 70p/unit up at Kyleakin.

Something's wrong then ... I am almost 100% sure that the pricing I see on the website is the non-member pricing, and member pricing is much cheaper. e.g. non-member 64p, member 40p.

I read the opposite just yesterday. The superchargers being faster and therefore more convenient, cost more than the slower ones.

But I'm talking Tesla rapids vs AppleGreen/GridServe/Ionity/InstaVolt/Whoever rapids ... Tesla is almost always cheaper (with rare exceptions where Charge Place Scotland is concerned), and cheaper still if you take out the monthly membership (which probably brings the pricing closer to or lower than those slower chargers you mention).
