Hi
I need some help desperately. I have an MG Zs I have an Ohme E pod Charger and I'm trying to switch to Intelligent Octopus Go Tariff. I get a green tick in the charger box and in the car. But every time I get to accept the T's & C's I get an error message. I've spoken to Octopus on numerous occasions but they don't seem to be able to resolve my problem.
Any help would be appreciated ?

If you are just agreeing to the terms and conditions it looks entirely like a site issue or something on the browser.

Have you tried on a different device?
 
Hi yes tried it on iPhone and iPad. I have charged the car but just not on the cheap tariff, so I assumed its not the charger.
Absolutely zero to do with the car I'd say.

It's submitting a form on a terms and conditions page. I think only Octopus can help you, there must be something going on with your account or something

are you sure you ticked all the boxes agreeing to T&C and whatever else they ask? have you scrolled all the way down to the end of T&C as if you were reading it all? Sometimes they don't allow you to accept unless you are at the bottom of the T&C ...
 
Yes exactly what I thought, but I've called Octopus five time and they tell me that the tariff team and the smart team are working on it. They say it's fixed so I try it again and guess what same results
 
Are you using a social login or email and password and is it the same on your Ohme EVSE and Octopus account?
Have you been with Octopus long and are you getting 30 minute energy readings?
 
Hi Yes I have been with octopus for a couple of years and yes I am getting readings every 30 minutes. I am using an email and password and yes the login and password are the same on both

Got exactly the same issue with my ZS/ Zappi combo. Keep getting the error message" uh oh,there seems to be a problem". Long email chain with Octopus Customer Service, but they have no answers. One call handler did mention that a fix was possibly available in a new version of the app but that it wasn't yet available.

Just to give you an update on my situation. Octopus have finally fixed my issues and I am now on Octopus intelligent go tariff 😊 The smart meter team manually accepted my T's & C's and hey presto we're all sorted. Shame it took so long but the £100 compensation was greatly appreciate 👍
