In July I paid £157.20 for a 1st service. I was sent a walk-round video mentioning details of tyre and break wear etc., bits of which were inaudible. The invoice proper showed:
AS1 Carry out 1st annual service inspection as per manufacturer's service schedule;
VHC Carry out visual health check and CitNow video.

When I received the car back it had been washed and I caught a glimpse of the mechanic's docket showing that a recall update had been done. But on my previous car the pollen filter, brake fluid etc. would have been changed, as evidenced by a series of ticks in the service booklet. And I'm left wondering if I still have AA breakdown cover. Given the lack of a service booklet I'd have expected more detail on the invoice. Is my experience typical or do other forum members receive more information?

My dealer attaches a detailed breakdown to the invoice so you have evidence of what was covered.

Sounds expensive for a 1st service and you wouldn't normally expect the brake fluid or pollen filter to be changed til the two year point.

Recently paid £97 for my first service which is where it should be.

I paid a little more than that for my 1st service but I'd negotiated the Tesla update to be included so I was reasonably happy.
The invoice did show a small item (about £5) for fluid disposal which is interesting for an EVs first service but overall I was happy so it wasn't worth complaining about.
It is worth checking with the AA that your car is covered - it is not unknown that a dealer forgets to do it.
