MG Cyberattack concerns

I have an old mobile, but GPS is disabled. Would not pair it with the car or use any 3rd party apps. Sure I can still be tracked by the mobile operator, but that's unavoidable.
Just fearful of all the CCTV cameras which now have Face ID running, also all the Automatic Number Plate Recognition camera and police cars with said ANPR along with undercover police cars with ANPR, Speed Cameras and I am sure even the speed camera vans will have an ANPR running all the time. Then be careful about all the people who have cameras on their phones taking photos and videos with them being uploaded to god knows where, the CCTV camera on people's houses with images being uploaded to the cloud, Ring doorbells tracking you, Amazon Alexa tracking us when we are in the house or not, then their is your computer recording everything you do, what apps you run, tracking of IP and browser metrics, yes even if you use a VPN you still can be tracked by the individual settings of your browser, that's how they track people who think they are safe using TOR, then there are the governments hacking pagers with bombs etc.
Basically everyone is after us for data to be used for adverts and subversion to monitoring, even our TV's track us and we can now be shown personalised ads on broadcast TV etc.
Shops tracking our spending and some shops now using face detection to prevent theft.

You know what was/is wild to me? I got a BlackVue dashcam (other dashcams are available), but on their web based viewer, you can actually watch other people's dashcam feed LIVE. It's apparently turned off by default nowadays, and I double checked mine, but yeah, I was able to watch a dude drive around dropping work colleagues off in the suburb next to me, and hear them talking smack about the guy they just dropped off, honestly just wild.

It's not just TVs. I recently bought a new washing machine on-line and just quickly looked at its reviews, energy rating and price before ordering. When it arrived I found you could control it via an app. Which is all well and good but it will suggest delaying the wash cycle for anything from a few hours to a couple of days because of the weather. The manufacturers will know what wash cycle I use, the time I use it etc. etc.

Then there are fridges that take a photo every-time you use them so they know what's in it and for how long and how often you raid the fridge at midnight.

Actually I will be more worried about buying European cars. European/American car manufacturers have been known to sell data about your driving to insurance companies. Chinese companies probably are
1) not going bust like western car makers and hence are not desperately trying to find other revenue sources
2) do not have a relationship with Western insurance companies

I am relaxed about Chinese cars FWIW.

....and don't need toake huge pension payments, huge salary payments etc because the cost of living in China is much lower. When was the last time China started or joined a war?
