Loss of range and warning light 'please slow charge high voltage battery' coming on 4-5 times per day

We got the super gran ? charger instead of the other one by mistake as they sent the bigger one with car instead of the normal granny! We had a 15 amp outlet so we kept it!

Welcome to my world. I was down to 427 volts and had about 85 miles range (winter driving!).

Dealer ran correcting update, and then I have built up the residual voltage after a full charge back up to 449v. Now that it's fully repaired, I'm as happy as a Larry!

It takes a while mind you. Any queries, just holler as I know your pain!

Mine was the same- no more than 85 miles ! I.m trying to build it up now by doing about 26 miles a day and then charging it and I.ve noticed it's creeping up. Currently at 430v.

Good news it's building up, just make sure it balances for as long as it wants each time.
