What you having for your Tea/Dinner, tonight. ?

Just wolfed down some Sausage Bake. (The link is the closest online recipe that I can quickly find to what we make). :)
That's what I'll be having on Saturday. Root vegetables microwaved for five minutes then cooked in the air fryer for about 15 minutes with the sausages in the other draw and home-made onion gravy 😋

I made a chicken & mushroom pie & had a slice with some mash, peas & gravy, It was proper tasty if I say so meself. (y)

Uuurrgg...pale insipid looking sausages. They've got to be burnt (or caramelised as they say now) man !!! :)
I specifically said that was the closest I could find online (quickly) ... I didn't say that was the recipe we used. ;)

We use chipolata sausages, and in the tray we add broccoli, courgette, red onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, then put in the oven. (180 fan from memory). Bake for 10-15 mins, remove and "shuggle" the contents to turn over the sausages, then return to the oven for another 10 mins or so. When done (i.e. the sausages are suitably caramelised ;)) squeeze over half a lemon and then serve. We also tend to make sweet potato fries to accompany it. :)

In my breakfast bowl this morning I had blueberries, raspberries, with prunes, pear and pomegranate before my porridge. All washed down with orange juice.
Does that cover my five a day until around mid afternoon tomorrow ?
