Poor service via China

I purchased a new MG in August this year and due to a fault in the electrics ( emergency phone not working ) it has been in the garage for 4 weeks and I’m still waiting.I’m told the servers are not communicating with the UK ,if that is true I’m disgusted and will certainly not be getting another MG
In fact I would advise anyone thinking of buying one DON’T

You posted here before about this. Just tell them you are coming to pick it up.

The emergency SoS thing is nice, but it's not a mandatory feature.
 
Yes servers in China are a major problem. My car went in on Tuesday morning to resolve an issue with the car not turning off the rear reversing sensors when the towbar is in use, (Mg towbar fitted by my MG dealer). They say they are waiting for information from China (Software connection?) They have now offered a loan car which I will pick up tonight.
