Not sure if this is a known issue or not, but having picked up my mg5 facelift on Tuesday, the dash always shows 100% in the big image, but 80% in the bottom left:

Any thoughts? Wondering if this is a known issue (perhaps related to updates) or something else.

Thanks

Ian

The 100% one is the auxillary battery, which is a 12V battery like any other car has. It's not related to the 400V main battery pack which is the figure in the bottom left. The bottom left one is the one you normally need to worry about day-to-day.

Doh!
The title gives that away I suppose!

Thank you!

Interested to know what infotainment version yours came with and whether it has the Tesla update?

Had mine two weeks and despite various reassurances from dealer has Version R12, when R15 & R17 have been available for some time, and displayed 'electrical grid abnormal' when I tried a Tesla charger this afternoon which I believe is a sign that the update hasn't been done - so, not very impressed right now!

That is indeed the sign that the EVCC update (that fixes the Tesla bug) has not been done. The version number that you can see are just for the infotainment system and don't seem to be of any real use.
