Hello everyone,

I recently replaced the rear parking sensors in my MG4, and now I’m getting an error as shown in the attached screenshot. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Could it be related to incorrect installation, faulty sensors, or does the system require some kind of calibration/reset after replacement?

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Do they actually work okay though? If they work fine then I would say you can rule out faulty sensors, probably rule out faulty installation, and even calibration might not be your issue.

maybe the car will just need to be told to play nice with its new friends?

Nearly all things with modern vehicles need to be 'coded' to the car.

If you have ruled out faulty goods and user error on installation then might this be your problem?
