I only averaged 32.6mpg in my automatic ZS which worked out at 16p per mile. That was based on 2.5 years of fuel records. That's the 1 litre petrol engined ZS
I assume you mean 4 miles per Kwh ?Just been asked a trick question. If ZS EV manages 4kwh with careful driving what is the mpg equivalent?
Your maths are correct. Can someone cross check my Maths please ?
Yeah, divide your mpg by 3 for the national average 15p/kWh, 161mpg.Your maths are correct.
Just a bit optimistic using 5p per kwh imo
5pkwh is the Octopus Go Night Rate and 13p pkwh during the rest of the time, standing charges not taken into account to be entirely fair.Your maths are correct.

Not available to everyone though.5pkwh is the Octopus Go Night Rate
I appreciate that, if you can get it use my referral code for £50 off Octopus charges too.Not available to everyone though.
If only Octopus could get off their backsides and get the smart meter they installed in November last year working then I would happily move to their GO tariff.I appreciate that, if you can get it use my referral code for £50 off Octopus charges too.
Someone with solar panels might well use a negative figure I guess. If only Octopus could get off their backsides and get the smart meter they installed in November last year working then I would happily move to their GO tariff.
Using your model is dependent on the cost of petrol/diesel and the cost of electricity which will be different for each of us. Should someone with solar panels use 0p per kwh?
