I had the heart sinking sight of my WallBox Plus home charger showing RED and unable to charge.
I contacted WallBox and they promptly replied saying that I was due a firmware update, so to just go online and follow the instructions.
It was an easy process for me, who is not much of a techie, and all is good now.
