Within 30 days as I did it’s straightforward getting a full refund. After that it gets more complicated and they can reduce the amount for mileage etc.
Yep, it’s a great product that will dominate the market and that’s why getting these early issues sorted is so important.
Thanks for your kind words.

Rejected but not dejected
Our LR SE was refunded today. Unfortunately the oil leak and under-tray issues were not something we could afford to take a chance on.
I fully understand that some people are prepared to wait, but our circumstances wouldn’t allow that.
The true worth of a car...
I’ve seen that removing lane assist or TJA type controls in other EVs helps with efficiency. Any powered assistance has to take the energy from somewhere I guess, but wouldn’t have thought it was hugely significant unless on a very efficient car.
Still getting 1p/mile in the Ioniq 38 as it...
I wonder if they’re going to still deliver vehicles to customers ahead of that. Any further guidance on whether they should be driven whilst awaiting that fix?
It happened a lot in 2017 when the inflated GFV and heavily discounted Leafs were handed back in. My 24 Tekna GFV was £2500 over market value at the time so just told RCI to collect it. Think it was late 2014 when they pushed a load of Leafs out on the same deal. Thank god for PCP then!

3.8mi/kWh is good going at 63-65mph.
It’s my 4th EV in 10 years and efficiency on par with my old 24kWh Leaf, things really...
Don’t know how much you need your car but I’d reject it with that flyby-night bunch and if you can wait, and feel these issues will be sorted, order again through a dealer who does customer service.
