Now thus is getting silly. A Faraday cage is a microwave's way of stopping the waves escaping.He's just paid for larger boot space to the Yaris Cross.

I believe fully that electrics bar the heater,fans and AC are from the 12v battery. I keep AC off and revs only affected by it. Steering wheel unit. Steering wheel and heated seats not affected.

It hasn't recognised that the key is in the car maybe? Shouldn't lock if it did.

Why would it not. Boot opens though yes?

Mine settling down now. Averaging 60-65mpg and have been up and down hill country and motorways. I keep the AirCon off though. Mpg never fares as well on motorways and it climbed Shane's pass well enough not sure it will do that well in winter weather though. I've posted a couple of Australian...

Mine needed to run in a bit. It is nippy and a great extras car. However things started to improve after 2,100. Book suggests 900mls. I think when battery us low and heater us in ,on a small incline with only 3 gears it tends to do that more excessively at first. Enjoy the car though.

It does that when it recognises that you are behaving according to surrounding traffic.

I am having the same nil return from MG. Revs calming down a bit.

It's dead in the water like a ton of bricks if you are overtaking on a two lane reducing to one with traffic behind you with urgency to follow the same manoeuvre and on a long hill or gradient! That is not safe and dangerous to all.....the Hybrid battery runs too low.....!

Time to contact. "Rogue Dealers" on the One Show apparently. This requires as many of us as possible Needs forethought. Anyone else with a suggestion?
