Normally the pyro fuse goes off to prevent the vehicle from being started until the battery has been checked and certified safe by a qualified technician then once the pyro fuse has been replaced it will be ok to drive again.
I work at merc and we aren’t allowed to order a pyro fuse on Bev...
In winter was getting 3.0 mi/kWh on my run from Doncaster to Sheffield and back now I'm getting 4.5 to 5.0 which is great on a 20 mile mainly motorway journey for me
I have got my 1st service on Tuesday at stoneacre in Doncaster did you ask your dealer to do it or did they do it as part of the standard updates during service?
Hi everyone got an issue that my car is over a year only but only done 13k miles and the screen in the car says the service isn't due but thought it was due at a year or 15k which ever was soonest, however when I try price up a service plan on mg website it says the first isn't due until Jan 2024
It’s pointless ever using anything over 100KW as the most the zs can take is around 90KW up until 45 percent then drops to around 75KW and slowly drops till 82 percent so at that point may as well get back on with your journe.
info taken from MG ZS EV Long Range
Ok so I’m in the process of cancelling my order but tomorrow I’m going to see a used one about 1,200 miles on the clock so maybe finally fingers crossed
Fan belt just gone on my VW also needed a service plus now needs cam belt change plus a rear shocker, I was just trying to get her ticking over till the mg came but it's still awaiting build. So no consider just buying a second hand ev like a niro just to get by until the zs turns up
