We have a little bubble on a rear arch and Scott has worked overtime to get it sorted for us, I have a bodyshop next door who can do it but it's warranty so it's getting done. Clearly some are better than others and we have got lucky

We have now fitted the expensive covers listed earlier and are very impressed with them, it looks good and they are very comfortable

We have some cheap Temu covers currently which work OK but aren't great to look at

Just black waxoil, I will clean any rust and treat with rust killer and we have some great stuff for the sills which are in primer it's used for truck beds ver hard wearing. I will drop all covers and arch guards might as well do it right

I did mine last week, I posted it on another thread, it was dirty and it had metal on the plug. Now my MG5 has a full service history and the 4th and 5th service were done elsewhere and last year! So looking at my oil it hasn't been done! I trust my current dealer but I own a garage so why...

So here is the promised picture, 60k its dirty but not that bad, the magnetic plug only had a bit of steel on it. I am not concerned about it at all i have seen far worse in ZF auto boxes at the same mileage. It took longer to drop the covers and put them back than drop the oil and replace it...

I have ordered oil for the transmission, when it arrives I will change it, I will take pictures of the old stuff coming out

Yes we test the brake fluid in the garage at every service. We normally bleed the system every time it has a pipe opened for brake work

It is part of a service mine requires doing in June it will be over 60k and its 5 service I think?

My next service will be done by me in the garage using MG supplied parts I am not paying a fortune to any garage to do the job
