Turn scheduled charging off

Hello! We have the mg zs ev ours is three years old. And since this week. When we put it on the slow charger at first it looks like everything is ok. And then later when i checked yesterday it said charging scheduled and he only charged 5 %. Unfortunately we can only make a appointment at the dealer in 12 days. So i hope you guys can help me because it s no life when you can only use a fast charger! Thanks in advance!

Does it work OK on a DC CCS rapid charger?

We'll need a bit more information to be able to help. Long range or standard? Make of slow charger? Schedule set in car or in charger etc.

your model is 2022 standard or long range ZS? what kind of charger you have, how do you set up schedule and when do you charge, overnight?
I use slow charger setup for midnight to 5 AM and works fine. Few cold night charges less than expected but I put that down to low temperature. Can you not see iSmart info on your phone when you charge and make sure it's charging?
