There are; EU spec SE came with 16" steelies and appropriate covers. You can buy aftermarket ones; size is 16x6.5 ET41 (same as some Škoda Superbs, so not too difficult to source).

Original wheel cover from MG is as follows, order number is 1098678.

Tire size is 205/60/R16
