In Australia because of an article talking about the clear loss of power when battery is close to empty, they finally had a feedback saying that there would be an update of the program managing power etc.
MG3 share the same powertrain / battery so they might be affected for sure and people...
Seems like the mg zs hybrid will have the update required for avoiding the big loss of power when the battery is very low or empty .. what about our mg3's ??
If I had to rate :
5 annoying
rear seats in 1 single part instead of 60/40
power is unconsistent sometimes with the combustion engine laggy when you push the throttle suddenly.. and sometimes it revs high without clear reasons
No rear lights / weak oem bulbs = dark inside the cabin...
Many people seem to have reving issues with some cycles of high revs then lower revs ... especially in winter season
The way it's programmed on the ECU etc for managing power is a bit ... special and not optimized by far
at 80kph same for some users in France reporting weird behavior with the gear changing every 10+ seconds between 2 ... and not stabilizing
Seems the "sport mode" helps for not having that weird hesitation from the power / gearbox management !

Led bulbs in the cabin, better remove the full block then remove gently the bulbs. Another method which won't damage the transparent / hard plastic of the ceiling light.

You can find the software update versions for the infotainment system (based on some android system), hidden in a submenu, locked by a password.
Once you are in the hidden part, you can start some factory tests, and see more information. But there is nothing here about the updates for the...
Wish I could have that on my car... especially with one seat for the kid.. so when you need to carry big items you can't load in the trunk or anywhere else except in the cabin next to your kid.
