Well the cruise control won't come on at all now and my feelings are up to now 11 days in is its the worst car I have ever bought, hope the dealer can sort it tomorrow.

Went on motorway this morning and tried cruise control, all fine until starting to go on a slight incline then the car started to slow down from setting 60mph to 50mph. At this stage i took it off Anyone experienced this?

Thanks very much MG Clive, my screen differs from yours, but I have never seen my screen showing HEV. I am going back to where I purchased it in the morning to find out if I have it on a wrong setting though not touched anything since I got it. Will report back. This is what my screen shows.

I think I have found out what it is. It's a speed camera warning, it was doing it again this morning and stopped after passing the camera. Never clicked yesterday it was just panick stations wondering what I had done.

Bought the Trophy model and its a complete new way of driving, any tips on how to drive a hybrid to put back as much energy as possible would be greatly appreciated, like should i be driving it in "echo" mode? and please bear with me as I will be on hear asking questions until I get used to it.

I am trying to find out if the screen behind the wheel can be changed, I took a picture and noticed there is 5 dots on the right hand side of the screen mine is on the second dot and shows a number 2 in a square box, I assume this indicates there are 5 screen options or am I wrong. Soz forgot...

Thanks for that information, I was hoping my next new car to have a power tailgate but I have to ask myself is it worth the extra £2000 just for that plus all the other niceties. But I have always said the more extras tis extra things to go wrong.

I said in my reply it was a plug in hybrid. Plus I already have a charger from when I had my nissan leaf should I choose the hs. But as you guys know it will be the mrs who decides, she's been watching too much BIG BROTHER!!!
